Backstory
As a passionate company that was customer-obsessed, consistent content amplification, global media buys, advertising partnerships and experiences was put on the back burner. Sprinklr was already known and loved by a loyal cadre of brands across the globe, but needed to grow its customer base to thrive. But with a brand vision based on humility, Sprinklr hadn't shouted its value to the rest of the world. That's when I was tapped to lead Global Media.


Challenge
Create and execute a global media motion to increase Sprinklr's brand recognition, influence key client accounts, leverage partnerships, and deliver massive lead flow - in one month.


Strategy & Execution
Harness the untapped power of Sprinklr's existing content library to create path journeys for targeted verticals, industries and job roles and execute a surgical media buy and ABM motions in prominent channels to target both new and existing client bases, reduce time to launch in market and streamline resource costs.

  • Created persona, industry and level-focused strategy, budget, necessary resources and estimated lead volume for executive review and approval in 1 week.
  • Managed 50+ vendor RFPs to craft multi-channel media mix, including contract negotiation and legal review.
  • Led content auditing and journey mapping, creation of hundreds of ad sets, and asset creation for all placements.
  • Collaborated with Marketing Ops to ensure lead capture, tracking and attribution across all media sources.
  • Bashed silos for internal collaboration, buy-in, awareness and excitement.

Results
  • Generated 12,000 new leads and upsell opportunities in one month.
  • Launched global media partnerships with top publications including Adweek, Forbes, Ad Age, AMA, CMI, eMarketer.
  • Exclusive partnership for AdAge's brand relaunch including site takeover, print ads, and VIP party sponsorship.
  • Created internal content and performance intelligence for all teams to tap for organizational efficiencies.
