Challenge

Backstory

Establishing and leveraging high profile partnerships is integral to the business health of enterprise level SaaS companies. As a Social CXM company, Sprinklr needed to grow its platform partnerships with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn to increase its customer base, retain its current client base, build trust and business value. 


Challenge
Three months into my tenure as lead marketer for the Paid Media/Advertising product, I was tapped to lead global social channel ad partnerships and increase our co-marketing activities, sales resources and raise awareness of Sprinklr's strong, existing relationships with major platforms that enterprise brans relied on for social experience with their key audiences.


Strategy & Execution
Position Sprinklr as a trusted partner of major social channels by sharing press releases around alpha and beta initiatives and establish it as source of education for enterprise level brands and agencies to understand new and innovative ad tech features, best practices for increasing ROI with social ad tech and strategic guidance for integrating these platforms into their marketing motions.

  • Led Press Release initiatives for new ad tech alphas, betas and exclusive features/partnerships 
  • Briefed organization to be audible ready on Social Channel Partnerships by creating talking points, elevator speeches and resources for customer success and sales,
  • Worked with partner leads to create business plans, identify best fit ad tech features to showcase shared value, create POVs for US, EMEA and APAC, establish metrics and expectations for partnership success and arrange QBRs for reporting on co-business efforts with Sprinklr and social platform key team members.
  • Conceptualized, created all content for, promoted and hosted Social Advertising Master Class series with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn targeted to mid-level marketing leaders and in-the-trenches digital advertising specialists.
  • Authored and managed guest writers for Paid Advertising blogs focused on social ad tech best practices, strategic guidance and client stories for distribution before, during and as a continual nurture motion to support webinar series, social partnership awareness and ad product lead gen programs.
  • Led social engagement during webinars for additional amplification of activities, sharing of big moments and increasing curiosity around on-demand videos for those that missed the live event.
  • Created and executed partner co-marketing activities at Cannes Interactive Festival.

Results
  • Landed Sprinklr as a preferred Facebook partner, one of 8 globally at the time, by connecting with partnership team members, crafting and sharing our uniqued POV, establishing a co-marketing, co-sales and business development plan and advocating for our value as a top platform partner.
  • Launched ad partnership integrations with Instagram and Snapchat, managing PR, awareness marketing, sales enablement, go to market client stories, value propositioning, multi-channel content and client awareness of benefits of new collaborations.
  • Webinars performed 4x better than previous Sprinklr efforts, with strong RSVPs and ~50% of attendees staying on the live webinars until the Q&A session.
  • Created high value content series focused on education and strategy for social channel advertising that is still repurposed and used for awareness, nurture and lead generation by Sprinklr.
  • Created co-marketing partner activities at high profile industry events:: Dmexco, Cannes Interactive, SXSW.
